Laughter

Today was the first day of the semester, and it went surprisingly well. I was less jazzed about the beginning of last semester, so it was a welcome relief to not feel totally out of my depth today. Not everything went perfectly, but that's okay; I like my students so far, and it seems like it should be a fun semester.

Mostly what I'll remember today though are the laughs. Got to hang out with several of my absolute favorite people in the department, including Rachael (who you should recognize), Sarah, Bethany, Brian, Kaci, Sarah (a different one), Tiger, Alison, Jen, and others I'm sure I'm forgetting. Many laughs were had, and it helped make a good day of teaching even better.
