Quality time

It's a joke between Ali and I that we don't spend enough quality time together, so today we ran a 10k in the morning then perused and purchased quality items of humorous clothing (I'm now tank-top woman for winter).

Also today I ran into the love of my life from when I was 20. Quite a while ago naturally, but a complete surprise considering we haven't seen each other since. It's funny how you just don't notice the change - he still looks 21 to me. My favourite line of all time was that he was once called the twisted twig on the tree of humanity. I know him as Derek.
