Mr. Marcos

I met Mr. Marcos this afternoon in Les Moreres square in Barcelona.
He was part of the attractions of what I think would be the opening of a new store in the square.

I didn't undestand the name of his character but it was something like Brown (or Blonw...I really don't know)-Zumbao (something like Dazed sleepy)
