Shape Up

Have had a very enjoyable day. Managed to fill it with a good mix of 'need to do's' and 'want to do's'. Couldn't find anyone to walk with so went alone. Cold and had to change route due to too much water. Glad I went...
Picture was all about the shape so have pimped it..... Tree's with no leaves make magnificent silhouette's.
Feeling rested.... Pop's on the other hand is still feeling poop. Finally today think it's doctor number 5 has given some strength in the pain killer...11 days for the poor guy with no relief. He isn't one of those to moan about pain unless it's agony....
