My new funky trainers

These are my new trainers to grok help assist me to get fit.
I love the colour and I'm a bit loathed to wear them incase I get them dirty.

Pops and I went to Nottm city hospital for his renal app. Haven't got the results back yet but fingers x'd they are ok. They are referring him to derby as that's where he will be living soon.

Took him shopping after then I packed some of his stuff.

Cream crackered now.

Finally I've started to pack pops stuff.
