Playtime with Grandad

Katie today and yesterday has been absolutely delightful the entire day. Perhaps its a consequence of extra time with Mummy, perhaps its her working out the remnants of 3year old frustrations. Perhaps its both. She slept 13 straight hours last night too, aside from when she came into my room.

Today she had a nice time at nursery - Lesley said she'd been very "busy being busy" all day. I came for her early afternoon and we had a really great couple of hours with some friends of ours at our house. Katie enjoyed showing baby Fraser her kitchen toys. Not too long after they'd gone, Granny and Grandad came for tea. Katie ate a HUGE meal - a full portion, mostly the same again, and then a thirds portion! Plus pudding and two cups of milk. She likes to take Grandad to her playroom for a little bit after tea sometimes and today they enjoyed this puzzle. She carried it down the stairs to show me when it was done. And impressively it stayed together!
