Plain o' Fidge

Full day on The Sanday Bus today. Took this on the first run of the day heading toward Lady Village from the hill at Newark. I was going to take one over to Crudy, but the shadow of the bus was masseeeeeeve. The sun doesn't get very high at this time of year. On the opposite side of the road, the golf course now has a stonking great lake in the middle of it. I'm concerned that the par 3 seventh hole is currently unplayable without waders and a floating pontoon tee. After the morning pier run, it was time to take the shoppers around the island. While at Kettletoft, I took a picture of some seals, but I didn't have a zoom so they were a bit peedie. Other than that, it looked similar to the view to Howe that I took the other day. Lunch was courtesy of Heilsa Fjold. Then home for some feet-up time, more food (dinner), tea and cake before heading out for the evening boat. It was dark. Very blurred long exposure shots that went straight in the bin. Early night for a 6am start.
