Headache update. Still have it. It's not a migraine thankfully. So thinking its to do with the life style change. Which by the way is going really well.

My dad arrived back in the uk today from New Zealand where he spent Christmas. So glad to have him home. He's in hospital tomorrow. I really wish I lived closer so I can be with him. :(
