RIP Sister Ola

Today I heard the very sad news of Ola's passing. Mrs Olayinka Taiwo (the lady on the far right dressed in turquoise) was a fellow student who was studying International Development.

Ola had a passion for making the world a better place and was in her hometown in Nigeria working on a development project when she passed away.

Ola was diagnosed with cancer but unfortunately it was too advanced for any treatment to be effective. She leaves a husband and 4 beautiful children behind.

I didn't know Ola very well, but it serves as a lesson. Every stranger you pass has a story, you do not know that story and whilst you may see the brightest, most beautiful smile, something very different could be on the inside. Think before you judge and make the most of everyday!!
