Gloomy Morning

Off to a five hour session of 'logic modelling'. One is always suspicious when an 'expert' consultant turns up and says " I know it looks complicated". This means we need them to decipher it, hardly a good advert for the massed ranks of the highly educated gathered together for this piece of local government 'ritual'.
