See Saw

Walking along a shortcut path I noticed this child's toy, looks like a see-saw, and wondered how it got there, it's the old cliché: If only it could talk.
Did it get stuck there as Santa brought new toys, did it get stuck there to fill the hole, or stop a new pet Santa brought escaping.
Is it just plain old boring blown by the winds we have been experiencing. Maybe the mystery is more fun than knowing.
