Playing Tourist Guide :)

As I mentioned the other day, we have a South African couple spending the next week with Hubby and I.
Today I took them to three local places for site seeing as tomorrow they plan to head off to Koln for the day.
We first took them to the Ruins of an old fort build in 1202, then to Fulda, and then finally to the Castle in our town.
Just finished cooking dinner….later am off to teach a fitness class to The Power Ladies…
Been a busy day. The only time I have managed to be online.
