And we are back to rain

We have been incredibly lucky this past Fall, and so far this Winter to have really dry weather. Usually we have TONS of rain. We got spoiled, and now it is here. We need it, so I'm trying to be happy about it.

I slept in a little bit, and then got up to tidy the kitchen. I had left it a mess lately. I was watching the little birdies outside my window, and tried to snap a few. It was so dark and dismal all day....so the pictures weren't what I had hoped, but they do show the "feel" of the day.

I fetched Sugar from my brother's house in the early afternoon, and we came home to homework, and a few games. We played the new geography game she got for her birthday. It is fun.
