Can I live with this view?

My husband and I went to Eastern Washington this weekend both for a family party and to look at property. We are considering a move to this area in a few years. Unfortunately, I left my camera at home and could only use my cell phone.

Right now, we live in the Seattle area and it is so verdant and green. And also grey, rainy and overcast. The terrain in Eastern Washington is in stark contrast with its blue skies, high dessert terrain and its wide open views.

I love Seattle and it's natural beauty yet I am slowly falling for the brown hills, valleys of apple trees and the mighty Columbia River.

It was dusk when we were looking at a lot and I looked up and snapped this picture with my cell phone. This image will have to do until I go back.
