Tuscan Grilled Cornish Game Hen

Here is the January special of the month at Mangia e Bevi in Urbana MD, a cornish game hen roasted with garlic and tuscan herbs, served with broccoli and roasted potatoes. It took ages to cook, but boy was it worth the wait. It was divine! We'll be back at least once more before the end of the month!
