Reflective

Today has been a day for counting blessings, with good health the prime one to be thankful for. Went to visit a friend who is in hospital, recovering from a brain operation. She endured nearly six hours of surgery while awake, for the insertion of electrodes to treat worsening Parkinson's. This sky over the train station caught my eye as I travelled home in a reflective mood.
