Not happy just grateful

As I progress with my 100 days of Happiness, I feel I should include gratitude within the theme.

Today I was grateful that I didn't fall over on the sheet ice that was covering the roads & pavements. I am also grateful that I am still fit enough to brave the conditions, even though I remain anxious when out .... too many years of caring for others that have came a cropper on ice. (I quite like my hips & wrists as they are :-0)
