Exercise comes first
Well this morning I decided that as I was feeling rather crap about myself and life I needed to go to the gym before work to try and make myself more positive!!
So I did a HIIT class before work at the gym to psych myself up for the challenges ahead!!
I didn't realise at this point that I may be close to breakdown before 9am!! Like an idiot I tried to bring back everyone's printing from printroom at once - but dropped it all on route back to the office!! Cue breakdown!!
I'm just one massive disaster at the mo and can't seem to get my head into the game! Taught all day which wasn't as bad as anticipated apart from the masses of new learners which we were not expecting!
Still felt pretty down at the end of the day but decided rather than going to the doctors to try and do another class or 2 at the gym and try and release those good endomorphines! Didn't get the reaction I wanted so going to have an early night!!
See if that helps! No alcohol this week either - don't think that's helping matters!!
