Monday is the new Sunday

Apologies for another food Blip (it seems to have become my fall back blip topic on days when Not much has happened etc) but started back at work today and the day was very busy - writing exam papers is almost as stressful as having to sit the exam!

If I make pizza I normally do it on a Sunday but as we ate the remainder of Saturday's mammoth Lasagne yesterday Monday became the new Sunday.

Another new recipe, this time zucchini and thyme pizza with a twist of lemon.
