Shadow Selfie

I think we had 4 seasons in one day today. We may have had yesterday too but I slept for most of it!

Doing a self-imposed trial back on the migraine preventatives just left me drained and zombie-like. By yesterday the pins and needles were back so I stopped them again. Just normal Monday tiredness and unenthusiasm today I think.

I want to do one of these with Stella on a beach but it's looking unlikely right now...
