Hang on in there
This is my electric toothbrush. It has a handy two minute timer which I use to time my pre- skiing quads strengthening exercises whilst cleaning my teeth. The exercise involves pushing your knees forward and at the same time raising your heels off the ground. Essentially I look as though I'm in training for the Olympic French-squatty-type-toilet endurance test.
Two minutes might not sound very long but it's quite hard I can tell you. Should come in handy in a few weeks time
