The sign of a good run!

Made the most of L being at football club at school and went for a very wet, muddy run. Nearly came a cropper a couple if times but managed to not fall over! Off to the gym in a mo too!

Will post yesterday's pic later. I've not managed to get to the mac with as card, yet!
