S'mores in Thailand

Thanks to my amazing family in America, special goodies were sent in Christmas boxes not long ago. This evening I combined them to make s'mores!

Growing up, my family would make s'mores while sitting around a campfire, under a dark, star-filled sky. S'mores are made by roasting marshmallows until they are hot, toasted and gooey, then sandwiching them next to a chunk of a chocolate bar and in between two graham crackers. We would eat as many of these sugar bombs as we could handle then brush our teeth, spitting into the fire to make sure it was out (or just because it made a cool sound), and crawl into our sleeping bags.

Most of my Thai friends have never heard of s'mores. It is such a shame. I shall have to rectify that.
