Batu Caves
It was another early morning out and about Kuala Lumpur. Our first stop was the Petronas Towers, they were the tallest buildings in the world until Taipei 101 was built.
We then hopped on a monorail and train to the Batu caves. The caves are really cool and are visited by Hindus to worship at a shrine. You have to walk up a million stairs to get there(272 steps apparently) which some of the locals found a bit to hard. There were people passing out and looking like they could die at any second on the way up!!
I don't really need to write this, but obviously we had a Nando's for lunch. After lunch I was sitting inside a market when a man walked over and said "Oh sorry I thought you were a woman, but your actually a man". I mean what do you say to that?
That night we went a walk back to the Petronas Towers which looked so much better all lit up. To the rear of the towers are colourfully lit water fountains and a park that's definitely worth a visit.
Early bed as we're getting a bus tomorrow.
