Teaming Up

Getting into gear with my course this semester. This is one of the 12 student groups I will be coaching through the basics of team dynamics, project management, and engineering for society. I feel I've already made progress, if only through making their photos - both team and individual - look 500 times better than the last 8 years of this course.

This is what will be keeping me insanely busy this semester. I've no TA, but we'll manage. More than that, we'll learn.
