Pink promise

It was a lovely crisp winter's day today, with a hard frost first thing this morning, followed by bright sunshine. I didn't see that much of it though as I'm rather restricted in terms of mobility having slipped on black ice at my mum's on Saturday morning. I landed rather inelegantly on my a***, which is pretty wee padded and absorbed some of the impact but the fall has left me with a bruised butt and sore muscles. Lying down everything's fine but standing up is particularly difficult. I'm hoping that another night's sleep will sort it out. We'll see! In the meantime I've cadged some of hubby's painkillers and I'm off to bed.....
