Black Magic

A couple of months ago I started breadmaking and it still seems like some sort of black magic when the wee lump of mostly flour and water changes into a huge blob in the bowl. Today was one of the days when the dough just kept growing and growing. It must have expanded to at least three times the original size.
Final results (chilli bread) were very yummy
