After a short burst of housework this morning, visited relatives.
Ground covered with a heavy frost this morning.
Drove over to visit daughter this afternoon and enjoyed a hot chocolate in the local cafe bistro bar. Then a short walk through the high street before the rain arrived. We both listen to a mindfulness body scan tape upon returning home. Very relaxing. Evening meal was beautifully cooked by N .
