Baggy trousers...

...or onesie to be precise. He was prancing about in it and it occurred to me that it looks like a set of the all-in-one underwear the 'old timers' use to wear in the Westerns;-)

A fairly active morning with a run and then Church. Rooster a bit choked with the cold so he missed rugby this morning and did Church and Sunday School with his brothers...the sister did not make it out of bed on time...

That was my fourth run of the year...each one is getting slower but I hope that is a temporary situation as I get back into the swing of running and my daily commute.

In the afternoon it was back onto the laptop...

Early night tonight...still trying to get back to my regular sleep pattern after the holidays. Bushed.
