Well deserved treats

Goal for today had been a 7.5 mile run. This then turned into 2 laps of Virginia so just over 8 miles...but no no didn't stop there...The boys wanted to do 3 laps in prep for their "tough guy" challenge so of coarse I had to join in! 12.4mile run done! Haven't run that sort of distance for almost a year so pleased I still have it in me!

Looking forward to the Roast that is cooking in the oven a couple of glasses of wine and the Sofa for the rest of the night!!
