Foreveryoung and the birthing ball!

My parents came over last night to stay with me for a couple of days.

After an energetic few hours down the shopping centre today (with a break for lunch in the middle in the Debenhams coffee shop), we arrived back home to find my sister waiting for us outside. While we were out, I'd purchased a birthing ball (on the recommendation of my midwife) and I nominated my sister to pump it up for me! I think it was a bit harder than she had anticipated, but it's now fully inflated and ready for me to practice sitting on with my baby bump!
