40mm Mr M

Not a very exciting day today as I spent most of the day editing photos.

I did manage to have a quick play this evening with my new 40mm lens. Mr M kindly agreed to model for me (..he is marginally more cooperative than the cats!), and the result is today's blip.

I quite like head shots taken with a slightly wide angle lens .. although I think it's a look that definitely works better for men, given that the wide angle lens has a slightly ballooning effect! Can't imagine too many women would thank me for making them look slightly bulbous!

I think Mr M carries off the wide angle look admirably! What do you think?
