Frosty morning sunrise.

I love crisp, bright, frosty mornings. I took the dogs down the lane and the freezing weather had made the mud solid to walk on which was a bonus! I didn't fear slipping flat on my ****!
Tia didn't break through the frozen floodwaters - she just skirted the edge which was a surprise. She was so funny when I let her out first thing. Running round and round like a (nutter) Labrador possessed!!
We had friends over for Sunday lunch and I'm sitting down now after all the leftovers have been put away and washing up done (thankyou Ben).
I feel a bit full.. :-) the diet has gone a little haywire recently but starts again Monday! ;-)
