A decent number of lengths by myself this morning before I was joined down at the pool for some family swimming over lunchtime.

And then later on I took myself off along the canal with a bag full of cameras and a new album on the headphones to take photos at the local nature reserve.

With the fading light, it all ended up a bit 4AD...
