Beach photo challenge: patterns

Today was almost THE perfect day:

The sun was shining
But the air was chilly
I got washing done and hung outside
I put on new bedding....ahhh that lovely new bedding feeling!
I had brunch
I put on lots of layers and went for a day out
I took on a photography challenge: patterns
I saw friends
I took lots of cool pictures like this one...
I got to sit in a coffee shop and read a good book
I wasnt on my phone hardly all day
I star gazed
I ate fish and chips by the sea
And at the end of the day, I got to get into a lovely fresh set of bedding.

In other news, I was reminded just what a powerful effect words have on people.
