Sunday Dimner

Should have taken a photo on my walk this morning! However this is my prep for todays dinner.
We're having roast loin of pork, hopefully with crackeling! This will be followed by a Bakewell tart, purchased yesterday from THE Bakewell Tart shop in Bakewell.
