Sgian-dubh
The Sgian-dubh (Gaelic for "black knife") is worn in the sock as part of the so-called traditional highland dress. This is a cheap version with a plastic/resin handle and scabbard that can be found in one of the many "tartan tat" shops to be found on Princes Street or The Royal Mile.
