A little touch of Spring

There were tiny daffodils in the flower arrangement at church today, which was nice to see on a grey and cold day. I feel much better today - maybe choccy avoidance is helping :-)

We were due to have rain this morning but now it's not due until this evening. Then we will apparently have showers tomorrow and heavy rain on Tuesday and Wednesday - the last thing we need! The rainy front is probably going to get stuck over the south they said, rather than moving away quickly to the east. We are fortunate in only having a stream in a deep cutting in our village (they deepened it after flooding in 1989, just before we moved here in 1990). Those who live near rivers are having a terrible time.
