Back to work this morning along with everyone else after the holidays.

Tube was rammed with people buying their season tickets and looking especially grumpy, probably because the Victoria line was only going as far as Victoria due to "a person under a train". It surprises me I don't hear this more given how incredibly crowded some platforms get in the mornings; people cheek to jowl right up to the platform edge.

The drivers must have a special constitution to be able to cope with edging a train past people standing so close to the edge.
