Moon Dance

Bit of a boring shot today I'm afraid. I was going to do a load more with this today - pictures of roads, superimposed on an apple (we have a lot of apples at the moment). In the end nothing was working so the moon it is.

A quiet day today, Mrs W woke up with a migraine, but it eased off quite quickly. General domestic pottering about.

In the evening, we turned the TV off, cleared the lounge and danced for two hours and felt a lot better for it afterwards. I'm still amazed how effective dance is for giving a sense of well being. Very therapeutic!
