Road(house) test

Maddy's guitar teacher left a wee surprise for me today. Ok it wasn't actually that much of a surprise as we'd discussed it but I didn't expect him to appear with it this week. It's an amp he's looking to sell, as he now has too many, so he brought it round for me to have a shot of and see if I bond with it.

It's a Laney VC15 2 channel valve amp (or tube amp for any Americans reading.) It's got a remarkably nice range of tones and I quite like it already. There are some reviews online which question the reliability of the output transformer so I might have to do a bit of further investigation but I have to say I'm tempted at the price he's offering it for.
