Pretty bleary eyed...up early this morning. Thankfully quite a busy flight from LHR to Dulles - so got bumped up from premium to business.

But I was good - not champagne on the diet!

Does Goretex need a running picture message blog of the visit?

Probably be quite boring as I'm at a conference tomorrow to Wed.

Sorry I will miss band practice on Thurs....but I will be there to play on Sunday
