Berries bought this morning from the local florist to go in a vase with some lilies.
I rang Emma Bridgewater about the missing teapot and apparently it was never sent. Despite the website saying it was in stock when I ordered it and the packing note listing it on there it is out of stock.
Turns out they take your order and money, prepare a packing note for the warehouse and then its only at that point that they find out if something is in stock.
Given they had taken my money for the teapot I wonder if they would ever have refunded me if I hadn't had got in touch.
