Up and Over !

Taken whilst on the trampoline with Broni ! I was doing a back flip ! Really ........

Spent the afternoon out tidying the garden and picking up doggy doos, as it was a glorious sunny but frosty day, and I had been rather lax in keeping up with mess after all the leaves had covered the grass in the Autumn !
I actually got onto the trampoline today and had a wee bounce with the dogs and a ball, much fun for us all .
After a fine supper of sausage roll and beanz I went to watch a DVD with the kids in the living room and promptly fell asleep. So now im wide awake and posting my blip before Casualty comes on the TV.
Thought id have some fun and post a cheeky blip as im in a naughty mood ! tee hee
