On a high?

It was a lovely bright day here with very little breeze and a bright blue sky. so a walk mid afternoon found all sorts of birdlife around as well as this squirrel on a high. Well on a high branch anyway. He/She was scampering down the branch, complete with tasty morsel in mouth, presumably off to eat or hide it.

Its interesting to see how a bit of sunshine can lift the spirits of small creatures and birds as well as that of us humans. The birds were certainly singing today. How does a tiny robin on a branch up high make such a loud song?

On a high? Yes - why not us as well.
