Caisteal Maol, Kyleakin

We leave for home with mixed feelings. We really enjoyed our time on Skye, but it's been a long time away from home.

The morning started with breakfast in Portree and a slow drive across Skye. Stopped at a salvage/antique shop in Broadford and then onto Caisteal Maol. Wet weather, leaky shoes and RH not being particulalry interested in castles kept LH from actually climbing the hile, but we though this was a nice image with the fishing boats. It beat Eilean Donan as our image of choice, and is much more LH's type of castle.

An accident in SPean Bridge forced us to take a huge detour home, but it was nice to get back to Glasgow.
