Bon Voyage..

...waved-off the Scozzies early this morning, it's the bit of being a 'world ' family that I love to hate. Good journey lovely cousins.

After, I went back to bed for a bit then Nancy and I went to spin for an hour of pedal induced torture. I secretly enjoy it.

Later still, my lovely wife took me up town to see the Turners at the National Gallery. Amazing stuff. We bumped into Stone Mason Jonathan, so retired for a pint to a local hostelry.

Home now and I'm ready to sleep.
