Snap1t and Snap1toff

We went for lunch today at our favourite Thai Restaurant in Lancaster and then onto an early viewing at the cinema of The Railway Man, starring Colin Firth and Nicole Kidman - a very powerful story about the torture of a British Officer by the Japanese during World War II.

A brilliant film - shocking and extremely moving, and based on a true story of psychological torment and eventual reconciliation.

I hadn't even thought of what shot I could take for my journal today, so here is a selfie of me and my husband, Peter, when we returned home this evening.
