Upside Down World
Today I visited Lacock Abbey and Village, in Wiltshire. This being a National Trust property.
Around the grounds at the moment they have a collection of artworks inspired by William Henry Fox Talbot.
This particular piece is called "The Optical Tree" by Lisa Pettibone.
Its a tree with branches but at the end of the branches are glass balls, which turn the world upside down. The artist took her inspiration from the life and works of Henry Fox Talbot. Inside the entrance to the grounds there is a museum to his life and work with photography.
Today has been a great day for photographs and I wish I could blip somemore!!
Maybe have to return for some others in the future.
