Cauldbarns Farm

We went to Bridge of Allan today for lunch at Vecchia Bologna (Google it). It's the best Italian restaurant for miles around. Anyway, advert over. I decided to drive home over the Tak-ma-doon road (Google it) into Kilsyth because I reckoned the clear skies would give a great view from the viewpoint at the top. Spotted this wee farm on the way there and took a few shots as the light was changing all the time.

Just after we left the farm we turned a corner and saw a car wedged in a ditch with two guys standing beside it. I wasn't happy leaving them, so when I got a chance I turned round and headed back. We stopped and asked if we could help, but they were unharmed and waiting for the driver's father to come and tow them out. We wished them goodluck and headed back via the motorway this time, because we could see how the pair ended up in the ditch. The road was covered in a thick layer of ice. Hope they got the car out and didn't get too much of a tongue lashing.
